What this unlocks
Connect Extrack and Quri reads your signups and activity straight from your Extrack workspace, so it can track growth and alert you when the trend moves without you opening Extrack.
Connect it in Quri
- Open /app/connect in Quri and choose Extrack from the list of sources.
- Paste your Extrack API URL and API token into the connect form.
- Save the connection so Quri can reach your workspace and read its data.
- Wait for the first sync — your Extrack signups appear in Quri once it completes.
Get your credentials
- Sign in to Extrack and open Settings, then API Keys.
- Create an API token for Quri to use.
- Note your Extrack API URL — the address your workspace’s API is served from (for example https://api.myextrack.com).
- Keep the URL and token handy; you paste both into Quri at /app/connect.
Access Quri reads with
- Read-only access to your Extrack workspace metrics — Quri never writes to Extrack.
- The token is scoped to your own workspace, so Quri only ever sees your data.
Troubleshooting
- Quri cannot reach my Extrack workspace — what should I check?
- Confirm the API URL matches your workspace exactly (no trailing path, the right host) and that the token has not been revoked. A wrong URL or a stale token is the usual cause; re-create the token in Settings → API Keys if in doubt.
- I connected Extrack but no signups have shown up.
- The first sync can take a few minutes. If it stays empty, re-check the API URL and token at /app/connect and make sure your workspace actually has signup data for the period — Quri can only read what Extrack already holds.
- My Extrack token stopped working.
- Tokens stop working if they are revoked or rotated in Extrack. Create a fresh token under Settings → API Keys, update it in Quri at /app/connect, and the connection resumes.
