Alert channels

Definition
Alert channels are the places Quri can send an alert when a metric moves — email, Slack, a webhook to your own system, or a Linear ticket. You pick where each alert lands, so a revenue drop can hit Slack while a routine flag goes to email. One detected change, delivered wherever your team already watches.
How to do this in Quri
- Open your workspace notification settings to see the available channels.
- Add the channels you want — connect Slack, paste a webhook URL, or turn on email.
- Decide which alerts go to which channel so the important ones are hard to miss.
- Send a test alert to confirm it arrives where you expect.
Frequently asked
- How do I get a Slack alert when a metric drops?
- Connect Slack as a channel in your workspace notification settings, then point the alert at it. When Quri flags the drop, it posts to that Slack channel automatically.
- Can one alert go to more than one channel?
- Yes. You can send the same alert to several channels at once — for example Slack and email — so the people who need it see it wherever they are.
