Connect Google Ads

Last updated 2026-06-21

Definition

Connecting Google Ads is one sign-in that does two jobs. You authorise Quri with Google once, then choose which ad account it should read. That single grant powers both your in-chat Google Ads questions and your ad reports, so you never authorise twice or paste a customer id by hand.

How to do this in Quri

  1. Open /app/connect and choose Connect with Google on the Google Ads tile.
  2. Sign in with the account that manages your Google Ads and approve the read-only request.
  3. Back in Quri, click Choose ad account and pick the account you want it to read.
  4. Wait for the first sync; your Google Ads spend and campaigns then appear on /app/ads.

Frequently asked

Do I have to connect Google Ads twice — once for chat and once for reports?
No. One OAuth sign-in covers both. The grant turns on in-chat Google Ads questions immediately, and picking an ad account links that same grant to your /app/ads reports — there is no second authorisation.
Why do I pick an ad account after signing in?
Your Google sign-in can reach several Google Ads accounts. Quri shows only the ones it can access and asks which to read, so your reports point at the right account instead of guessing.
