Real-time streaming

Last updated 2026-06-14

Definition

Real-time streaming means Quri chat writes its answer out word by word as it thinks, instead of making you wait for the whole reply at once. You see the response take shape immediately, so a longer answer never feels like a frozen screen, and you can start reading before it finishes.

How to do this in Quri

  1. Ask any question in /app/chat.
  2. Watch the answer appear token by token as Quri generates it.
  3. Start reading the early part of the reply before the rest lands.
  4. Press Stop if you have seen enough and want to ask something else.

Frequently asked

Why does the answer appear gradually?
Quri streams each part of the reply as it is generated, so you see progress right away instead of staring at a spinner until the full answer is ready.
Can I stop a reply mid-stream?
Yes. Hit Stop to end the current answer, then ask a new question or refine the last one.
