Workspace hard-delete

Last updated 2026-06-14

Definition

A workspace hard-delete permanently removes a workspace and the data scoped to it. When you stop working with a client, you delete their workspace instead of leaving it idle. The action is deliberate and asks you to confirm, because once it runs the workspace and its stored data are gone, not merely hidden.

How to do this in Quri

  1. Open /app/accounts and select the workspace you want to remove.
  2. Go to its workspace settings and find the delete control.
  3. Read the confirmation prompt so you know exactly what gets removed.
  4. Confirm to permanently delete the workspace and the data scoped to it.

Frequently asked

Is a hard-delete reversible?
No. Hard-delete is permanent — the workspace and its scoped data are removed, not archived. That is why Quri asks you to confirm first. If you only want to step away, switch workspaces instead.
Does deleting one workspace touch my other clients?
No. Each workspace is isolated, so deleting one removes only its own scoped data. Your other clients and their workspaces are untouched.
