What this unlocks

Connect Apollo and Quri enriches the companies behind your signups and leads — industry and rough headcount — so it can group and reason about your accounts instead of leaving you with bare email domains.

Connect it in Quri

  1. Apollo is set up by the Quri team, not from the connect grid — there is no Apollo tile at /app/connect today.
  2. Create an Apollo API key in your Apollo workspace (see the provider steps below).
  3. Send the key to Quri and ask us to switch Apollo enrichment on for your account.
  4. Once it is configured, Quri starts attaching industry and headcount bands to the accounts it already tracks — no further action from you.

Get your credentials

  1. Sign in to Apollo and open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Find the Apollo API entry and click Connect.
  3. Open API Keys and click Create new key.
  4. Name the key (for example "Quri enrichment") and grant it the organization/people enrichment endpoints — avoid a master key so its reach stays narrow.
  5. Copy the generated key and hand it to Quri; you will not be able to view it in full again.

Access Quri reads with

  • Read-only firmographic enrichment — Quri calls Apollo only to look up a company by its domain.
  • Scope the key to the enrichment endpoints alone; Quri never reads your Apollo contacts, sequences, or mailboxes, and never writes to Apollo.

Troubleshooting

Quri says my Apollo key is invalid or unauthorized.
Apollo only shows the key once at creation, so a truncated or mistyped paste is the usual cause. Create a fresh key in Settings → Integrations → API Keys, confirm it has the enrichment endpoints enabled, and send Quri the new value.
Enrichment stopped and Quri reports Apollo is rate-limited.
Apollo caps requests per key on your plan. Quri backs off and retries, so brief limits resolve on their own; if it persists, check your Apollo plan’s API quota or ask us to slow the enrichment cadence.
Why is there no Apollo option on the /app/connect screen?
Apollo is an enrichment add-on configured by the Quri team with an API key, not a self-serve data source you wire up yourself. Send us the key and we enable it for your account.
