Outreach drafting

Definition
Outreach drafting writes a personalized first message for a decision-maker at a de-anonymized account. Quri picks the right proof-of-concept from the account’s signals, then drafts a subject and body grounded on that person’s role and your goal. It only ever drafts — you approve, edit, or discard every message yourself; nothing is sent automatically.
How to do this in Quri
- Open /app/sales/outreach to reach the draft approval queue.
- Enter the account, the contact, and your goal, then generate a draft.
- Read the subject, body, and the recommended proof-of-concept Quri chose.
- Edit the wording until it sounds like you, or discard it entirely.
- Approve to copy the message to your clipboard — you send it yourself, on your own channel.
Frequently asked
- Does approving a draft send the email?
- No. Approving copies the message to your clipboard and marks it handled — Quri never sends outbound automatically. You paste and send it yourself from your own inbox.
- Where does the recommended proof-of-concept come from?
- From a deterministic match on the contact’s function — marketing, finance, product, and so on — not free-text the model invented. The same recommendation appears in chat and on the screen, so they never disagree.
- Can it draft for someone Quri hasn’t resolved?
- No. Drafting only works for a contact already discovered for that account. An unknown contact returns nothing rather than a made-up person.
