Customer-360 timeline

Last updated 2026-06-14

Definition

A customer-360 timeline is one chronological view of a single person across every tool you connect. Quri Atlas lines up their ad click, site visits, recorded session, signup, and purchase in order, so you read one story instead of cross-checking five dashboards to guess what the same user did.

How to do this in Quri

  1. Install the Quri Tag on your marketing site so visits tie back to a person.
  2. Connect your sources — Meta, GA4, Clarity, PostHog, Shopify — in Atlas.
  3. Open /app/atlas/users and pick the person you want to follow.
  4. Read their timeline top to bottom to see every touch in order, across sources.

Frequently asked

Where does the timeline get its events from?
From the sources you connect — ad platforms, analytics, recordings, and your store. The Quri Tag links those events to the same person so they appear on one timeline instead of scattered across tools.
What if a user touched my product before I installed the tag?
Events from before the tag was live, or from a device Quri never saw, cannot be stitched. The timeline starts where tracking began — it does not invent history it has no record of.
