Auth emails

Auth emails are the security-critical messages tied to your account — verifying your address, resetting a password, or confirming a multi-factor step. Quri sends these through Relay so they go out the same trusted way as your other email. Because they protect access, they always send regardless of your other notification preferences.
How to do this in Quri
- Sign up or sign in and Quri sends the verification or code email you need.
- Open the email and follow its link or enter its code to continue.
- Use the password-reset email if you are locked out, to set a new one.
- Confirm a multi-factor prompt when one is sent to finish signing in securely.
Frequently asked
- Can I opt out of auth emails?
- No. Auth emails protect your account — verification, password resets, and MFA — so they always send. Opt-out applies to non-essential messages, not to the ones that keep access secure.
- My auth email did not arrive — what now?
- Check spam first. If live email is not yet enabled for your environment, sends run in memory-mode and may not reach you — ask your operator to confirm the sender is set up.
