Comms audit log

Definition
The comms audit log is the record of what Quri sent, to whom, and when. Every alert, lifecycle message, and auth email leaves an entry, so you can answer “did this person get notified?” with evidence rather than a guess. It turns delivery from a black box into something you can check after the fact.
How to do this in Quri
- Open the comms audit log from your workspace admin settings.
- Filter by recipient, channel, or date to find the sends you care about.
- Open an entry to see what was sent, where it went, and when.
- Use the record to confirm delivery or investigate a “did they get it?” question.
Frequently asked
- What does the comms audit log record?
- Each message Quri sends — the recipient, the channel, the type, and the timestamp. It is a who-got-what-and-when trail, so notification questions have a factual answer.
- Who can see the audit log?
- Workspace admins. It is gated behind an admin capability, so the record of who was contacted is not open to everyone in the workspace.
