Custom segment labels

Custom segment labels let you name and save the groupings that matter to your business — "tier-1 metros", "trial cohort", "high-intent regions" — instead of re-deriving them every time. Once saved per workspace, a label is reusable across views, so the team reads the same named segments and stops arguing over what each slice actually contains.
How to do this in Quri
- Open /app/segments and build the grouping you want from a breakdown.
- Give it a clear name that the whole team will recognise.
- Save the label so it persists in this workspace for reuse.
- Apply the saved label in other views instead of rebuilding the grouping.
Frequently asked
- Are my custom labels shared across the workspace?
- Yes. A saved label lives at the workspace level, so everyone reads the same named segments and the definitions stay consistent rather than living in one person’s head.
- Can I reuse a label across different metrics?
- Yes. Once a grouping is named and saved, you apply it wherever that segmentation makes sense, so the same cohort reads the same way across the metrics you track.
