Email deliverability (DKIM, SPF, DMARC and sending status)

Last updated 2026-06-20

Definition

Email deliverability is whether Quri's alert and login emails reach the inbox instead of spam. It depends on your sending domain being DKIM-signed and SPF or DMARC aligned, on Quri's SES account having production access rather than the sandbox, and on bounces and complaints being suppressed. The Deliverability screen shows each of these so you fix anything pending.

How to do this in Quri

  1. Open Comms then Deliverability to see sending status and domain verification at a glance.
  2. If DKIM, SPF, or DMARC shows Pending, add the listed DNS records to your domain and re-check.
  3. If sending shows Sandbox, request SES production access so Quri can mail any recipient.

Frequently asked

Why are my alert emails not arriving?
Usually the SES account is still in the sandbox, so only verified addresses receive mail, or DKIM is still pending. The Deliverability screen tells you which one it is, so you fix the real cause instead of guessing.
What DNS records do I add?
The screen lists the exact DKIM CNAMEs and the DMARC record for your domain, each with a copy button. Add them at your DNS provider, then re-check — the verification pills flip to Verified once they propagate.
