Market trend discovery

Market trend discovery is Quri's outward-looking research run. An AI agent scans the last 30 days of your category — new entrants, shifting demand, fresh tactics — clusters what it finds into dated, source-cited findings, and ties them back to your own metrics. It runs in the background; you read the report, never wait on it.
How to do this in Quri
- Set your market category in settings so Quri knows what to research.
- Open /app/discover to read your latest discovery report on the Trends tab.
- Run your first discovery, or wait for the scheduled background run to land.
- Read the finding cards grouped by new entrants, demand shifts and tactic trends.
- Follow the source chips for evidence, then use “what this means for you” to act.
Frequently asked
- Is this real-time?
- No. It runs on a schedule and you read the stored report, so the screen never blocks. “Refresh” enqueues a new background run rather than computing a fresh search while you wait.
- Where do the findings come from?
- An agent-led web research run over your category. Every finding links the sources it was built from — nothing is shown without evidence, and Quri never invents a trend it cannot cite.
- How is this different from social listening?
- Social listening tracks mentions of your own brand. Trend discovery looks outward at the whole market — new competitors, demand shifts and tactics — rather than what people are saying about you.
